Our Criteria
Single-family residences, duplexes, triplexes, and small multifamily (2–8 units) in our target markets. Value-add, distressed, or stabilized — all considered.
Typical acquisition and rehab capital requirements range from $50,000 to $500,000 per project. DSCR, bridge, hard money, and equity structures all considered.
Alabama (primary), Louisiana, Georgia, Texas, and the Florida Panhandle. Birmingham metro is our immediate focus with expansion across all five states throughout 2026.
